If you are not satisfied with a product you may exchange it for a product/products of equal value. No full refunds. The exceptions to this are our Custom Fur Lingerie, no returns or exchanges on Lingerie for obvious reasons. On Hat orders you may exchange a hat for a different size if needed. On Fur Coats and Vest orders there are no refunds or exchanges, but we offer one alteration at no charge if needed. No refunds or exchanges on Fur Blanket orders do to the high labor and material costs to make them.
